Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking a Mobile Plumber to service a regional patch around Rugby, Northampton, Banbury and Daventry. The role focuses on planned maintenance and reactive repairs at secure Public Sector sites within a long-term contract.

Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and proven maintenance plumbing experience. A full UK driving licence and strong fault-finding skills are required to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple sites.
• Investigate and resolve leaks, blockages and pipe faults.
• Maintain hot/cold water systems, sanitary ware and drainage.
• Support wider building maintenance tasks when required.
• Log all work in CAFM systems for accurate reporting.
• Ensure health, safety and water hygiene standards including legionella control.
• Work with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
• 1 in 8 call-out rota with £150 standby payment.

We're looking for a Mobile Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management Company covering a regional patch around Rugby, Northampton, Banbury and Daventry. The role covers several secure and well-maintained Public Sector sites within a stable, long term contract.

The Role

Typical responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs as a Plumber across multiple sites


• Investigating and resolving plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and pipework faults


• Maintaining hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, drainage systems, and associated pipework


• Supporting wider building maintenance tasks when required


• Logging all work via a CAFM system to ensure accurate reporting


• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and water hygiene standards, including legionella control


• Working alongside the wider maintenance team and supporting contractors when required


• 1 in 8 call-out rota with £150 standby payment

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
