Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an on-site Plumber to join our facilities team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance in a secure environment on the prison site, with a 39-hour week and weekend allowance.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating, a full UK driving licence, and a safety-first approach. The role offers career progression and funded training opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating required.
• Experience in plumbing maintenance (commercial environment preferred).
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the prison site
• Complete general repairs and maintenance, including mains water supply repairs
• Diagnose faults and fix issues first time
• Attend inspections, carry out water sampling and basic risk assessments
• Identify and replace life-expired equipment
