Job summary

Link Group seeks an experienced Electrician to join C~urb6 Property Maintenance in Falkirk. You will perform electrical work across Link properties, including smoke alarm inspections/upgrades in line with Scottish Government rules.

A valid City & Guilds NVQ and 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations are essential, plus a Health & Safety passport and a full UK driving licence. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality repairs and planned maintenance, with access to company tools, a vehicle,

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent).
Qualified in City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
Health & Safety passport (e.g. ECS card).

Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of electrical work in Link properties or under service agreements.
Perform smoke alarm inspections and upgrades as per Scottish Government legislation.
Work across Link's Falkirk and other sites; full UK driving licence required.
Provide high quality, efficient service ensuring customer satisfaction.
