Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting experienced Maintenance Electricians to work with a large maintenance organisation across domestic properties in Clydebank, Scotland. You will perform reactive repairs, remedial works, testing and fault finding to keep homes safe and compliant.

This long-term temporary role offers 37 hours per week, with a company van provided. You will need 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and the ability to work independently in void and tenanted properties.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in domestic electrical repairs, testing, fault finding and remedial works.
• Knowledge of current electrical safety standards and regulations is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads in void and tenanted properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive electrical repairs and planned maintenance in domestic properties.
• Complete remedial works, electrical testing and inspections.
• Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate repairs.
• Undertake electrical work in both void and occupied properties.
• Ensure all work is safe and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and report issues.
• Provide a professional service in tenants' homes.
