Job summary

C~urb 6 Property Maintenance, part of Link Group, seeks an experienced Electrician. Based in Falkirk with travel to various sites, you will deliver high-quality electrical services across Link Group properties, including smoke alarm inspections and upgrades as required by Scottish legislation.

You should hold NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, 2382 18th Edition, and an H&S passport. You’ll compile reports and apply best practice in construction methods while upholding Link’s values.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds (or equivalent).
• Qualification in 2382 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and a Health & Safety passport (e.g. ECS card).
• Proven experience in a similar electrician role and fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical work in properties owned or managed by Link Group or under service agreements.
• Perform smoke alarm inspections and upgrades in line with Scottish Government legislation.
• Compile written technical reports and use knowledge of construction methods.
