Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a General Builder for reactive repairs across occupied social housing in Andover. You will perform a range of general building and maintenance tasks, handle internal and external repairs, and complete multi-trade work while keeping tenants informed and disruption to a minimum.

The role requires strong general building experience, the ability to work quickly and independently, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong general building experience.
• Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• DBS check arranged if not already held.
• Available to start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive building repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• Carry out general building and maintenance works.
• Repair internal and external property features.
• Undertake multi-trade repairs as required.
• Work across housing association properties.
• Manage fast-paced workload and changing priorities.
