The position focuses on reactive repairs across occupied social housing properties, requiring strong general building experience and confidence in multi-trade repairs. You will work across housing association properties, managing a busy workload with tenants, and you may need a DBS and a full UK driving

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive building repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• Carry out diverse general building and maintenance works.
• Undertake repairs to internal and external property features.
• Complete associated multi-trade repairs as required.
• Work across housing association properties with a professional approach.
• Manage a fast-paced workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Minimise disruption when working with tenants.
• Carry out jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy; complete job sheets and paperwork.
