Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative in Tonbridge to join a busy responsive repairs contract. You will perform reactive maintenance across multiple trades in occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring homes remain safe and functional.

The role requires a valid UK driving license and a DBS check at offer stage. This temp-to-perm position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL) is required.
• DBS Check will be processed at offer stage.
• Experience performing reactive maintenance in social housing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Perform multi-trade tasks across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.
• Ensure residents' homes are safe and functional.
