Job summary

JJ Foodservice is seeking a Reach Truck Driver for nightshift to support a busy warehouse. The role focuses on preparing customer orders, stocking items, and ensuring accurate inventory while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The candidate must hold a Reach Truck Operator Certificate, be physically active, and have good English communication to work in the UK. This permanent nightshift position offers training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent people skills, as well as being a great team player.
• Good communication skills.
• A valid Reach Truck Operator Certificate/Licence is required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• A physically active nature (due to heavy lifting).
• A good standard of spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders that will be loaded onto our lorries.
• Store items safely in the correct location.
• Check stock for damage, loss or short dated items and report as required.
• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required.
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items.

The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.

Salary:£29,400.00 per annum.
