Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off

Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00, Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (4 days on / 4 days off)

Our client, a busy bread and cake distribution centre located in the heart of Rugby, is seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join their team.

These roles support increased operations in the lead-up to Christmas, with ongoing work available for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic.

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence
• Proven experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Reliable, punctual, and committed

The business does operate a Target based pick rate - you will be monitored and expected to pick to a certain level within the training/trial period.
