Job summary

Workmate Agency is seeking a reliable Reach Truck Driver for the Goods In Team in Bicester. The role supports safe, accurate warehousing operations with emphasis on stock handling and efficient processing of goods-in documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Reach Truck licence, has warehouse experience and is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be part of a fast-growing company culture, working 5-6 days including weekends, at the Bicester Depot.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient first point of contact for delivery personnel and couriers.
• Operate a Reach Truck to move, store and organise stock.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised goods-in and storage area.
• Support waste management processes across the warehouse and production areas.
• Coordinate deliveries with relevant departments across the site.

Workmate Agency are looking for a reliable, organised, and safety-conscious Reach Truck Driver to join our client's Goods In Team in Bicester. This is a key role within the warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently to support the wider business.

You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and accuracy while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and courteous first point of contact for delivery personnel and third-party couriers
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
• Accurately process goods-in paperwork and maintain detailed records of stock movements
• Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse
• Coordinate deliveries to relevant departments across the site efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers regarding discrepancies, urgent deliveries, or samples
• Assist with stock checks and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised goods-in and storage area
• Support waste management processes across the warehouse and production areas
• Ensure all goods handling and storage follows company best practice and health & safety standards

About You

• Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Experienced in a warehouse or goods-in environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Numerate and literate with good record-keeping skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, “can do” attitude
• Flexible and willing to support a variety of warehouse tasks

Working Hours

• 5-6 days per week (weekend work required)
