Job summary

Kite Packaging in Coventry is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join our Warehouse team. The role focuses on accurate order picking, replenishment, and goods in/out tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced reach truck operator, physically fit, and numerate. The shift runs 22:00–06:00, Sunday to Thursday, with a benefits package including holidays, life insurance, pension, Cycle to Work, private healthcare, and potential shareholding options.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reach Truck Operator to join our Warehouse team based in Coventry.

Reach Truck Operator

Duties will specifically cover the following areas:

• Picking sales orders accurately ensuring hourly picking targets are met
• Carry out replenishment and put-away of goods as part of daily tasks
• Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record pickings and bin movements
• Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
• Notifying supervisor or management of any errors or stock discrepancies
• Housekeeping duties as per rota

The shift pattern for this role is 10:00pm-06:00am Sunday-Thursday (non-rotating)
