Job summary

Flexistaff Solutions Ltd in Dunstable is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for FLT Reach & Counterbalance on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, with pay of £14.60 per hour rising to £15.10 under AWR and the potential to become permanent. Applicants should hold valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences and have warehouse experience.

Full training and site induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Reach Truck licence is required.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and preparation.
• Pallet put-away and stock movement.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Operate FLT Reach and Counterbalance safely.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and hygiene.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
