Permanent contract | £12,792 to £13,634.50 per annum (Scale E) | 18.5 hours per week | St James Health Centre, King’s Lynn
Working hours – AM shifts are 7am to 2.30pm, PM shifts are 2.30pm to 9pm
Week 1: Friday PM
Week 2: Monday PM, Tuesday PM, Friday AM, Saturday PM, and Sunday PM

As a Reablement Support Worker (Swift), you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation, and medication management with the aim of helping them regain independence.
Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned social care services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk. As a Swift, your duties would include assisting uninjured fallers and providing one-off personal care support. Workers typically visit clients in their homes in teams of two.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
