We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Reablement Supervisor to join our STAR (Short Term Assessment & Reablement) Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead, support and develop a team of frontline staff delivering high-quality reablement support across Sandwell.
As a Reablement Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring people receive safe, effective and person-centred support that promotes independence, maximises wellbeing and helps individuals remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
Working closely with Team Managers, Deputy Managers, Assessors and partner agencies, you will provide day-to-day leadership, quality oversight and professional support to frontline staff whilst helping drive continuous improvement across the service.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to further develop their leadership skills within Adult Social Care.
