Team Supervisor – Reablement Service

- Salary: £31,537- £33,699 per annum
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 24 Reablement Assistants
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, induction and training activities
- Conducting regular supervisions, appraisals and performance management discussions
- Promoting a positive culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements and best practice
- Maintaining accurate records and high standards of documentation
- Contributing to quality assurance activities and service development initiatives
- Participating in a duty rota to support service delivery across 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for service users
What We're Looking For
- Experience of leading or supervising teams and managing performance effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of Reablement principles and person-centred practice
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in chairing meetings and producing professional reports
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A commitment to supporting and developing staff
- Experience or understanding of quality assurance processes and continuous improvement
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems and databases
- A proactive, resilient and professional approach to service deliver
