My client is looking for an experienced Raw Material Technologist to support the business on a four-month contract starting no later than the middle of March.

The business is an extremely fast-paced chilled food manufacturer, so you must have experience working as a Raw Material Technologist within a food manufacturing environment (ideally chilled).

The pace is extremely quick, so they need someone who can hit the ground running. A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer, company, and legal requirements for raw materials and supplier quality assurance are achieved.

Other duties may include:

• Communicating internally about products that are not to specification
• Ensuring raw materials are approved and have a specification
• Maintaining and updating the raw material database
• Participating in technical audits
