️ The Role

You'll manage your own client portfolio and work closely with senior colleagues on a range of business rates matters. Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on business rates mitigation strategies.
• Inspecting and valuing commercial properties for rating purposes.
• Managing negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency and Billing Authorities.
• Attending client meetings and supporting business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified or working towards qualification.
• Experience in business rates valuation (private sector or VOA background welcome).
• Strong understanding of rating legislation and the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded team player.
