MUVE Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Specialists to join the mobilisation team in Manchester. You will mobilise new complex care packages, stabilise services, and support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and behaviours that challenge.

The role requires calm under pressure, independent decision-making and a strong focus on person-centred care. Travel to services for rapid operational support may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that Challenge.
  • Current PMVA, DMI or equivalent physical intervention training.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Access to own vehicle and business use insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting mobilisation of new emergency care packages.
  • Providing specialist support to children, young people and adults with complex needs.
  • Working with Clinical Leads and MDT to establish safe, effective care.
  • Helping stabilise existing services with behavioural or staffing challenges.
  • Delivering Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed care.
  • Promoting independence and helping individuals achieve personal goals.
  • Completing accurate care notes, incident reports and documentation.
  • Travelling to services to provide rapid operational support.

Rapid Response Specialist

MUVE Healthcare is looking for experienced Rapid Response Specialists to join our specialist mobilisation team.

This is not a standard Support Worker position. You'll be part of a highly skilled team responsible for mobilising new complex care packages, stabilising existing services, and supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Complex Needs and Behaviours that Challenge.

About the role
What Your Role will Involve
  • Supporting the mobilisation of new emergency care packages.

  • Providing specialist support to children, young people and adults with complex needs.

  • Working alongside Clinical Leads and the wider MDT to establish safe, effective care.

  • Helping stabilise existing services experiencing behavioural or staffing challenges.

  • Delivering Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed care.

  • Promoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve personal goals.

  • Completing accurate care notes, incident reports and documentation.

  • Travelling to services as required to provide rapid operational support.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that Challenge.

  • This experience must be clearly demonstrated throughout your CV.

  • Current PMVA, DMI or equivalent physical intervention training.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Access to your own vehicle.

  • Business use motor insurance.

  • Experience within supported living, residential care, community services or specialist care environments.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and Positive Behaviour Support.

  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

  • Willingness to travel up to 100 miles at short notice when required.
