Job summary

Homecarers Care Services Limited is recruiting two Rapid Responders to support our domiciliary care teams in Chester and Winsford, with one post per location. You’ll step in at short notice to ensure our clients receive safe, consistent, high‑quality care.

This fast‑paced, flexible role suits compassionate, reliable caregivers. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, and you’ll work across varied shifts, evenings and weekends in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Providing urgent and emergency care cover for domiciliary care calls
• Supporting service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
• Responding to last-minute staffing gaps or welfare concerns
• Ensuring care plans are followed and high standards are maintained
• Communicating effectively with the care team, office staff, and families
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
