What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill set and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You’ll receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more.

We are committed to providing exceptional care for people of all ages in their homes and community settings, supporting individuals with complex needs including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including support for spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.
• Travel to client locations within a 100-mile radius, providing rapid and responsive care where it’s needed most.
• Work on an on-call rota to ensure timely and consistent support for clients.
• Receive ongoing clinical training to expand your skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management.
• Be adaptable and prepared for varied challenges daily, making a real difference in clients’ lives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in complex care is essential, with a desire to develop further skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for client packages and to work on an on-call rota.
• Ability to handle complex care needs professionally and compassionately.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
