Job summary

CoreTech Security is seeking experienced software engineers with active Developed Vetting clearance to deliver end-to-end products across embedded and mobile platforms. The role focuses on C/C++ development, designing complex solutions, and leading small teams through full project lifecycles.

You will work hands-on in day-to-day delivery, build prototypes, and help raise coding standards via static analysis, reviews, and automated tests while aligning with client requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Active Developed Vetting security clearance
• Experienced software engineers with end-to-end product delivery across platforms
• Strong experience in C and C++ development across embedded and mobile platforms
• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging platform capabilities
• Comfort with platform APIs, development environments, and native debugging on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android
• Experience leading small or midsize teams through full project lifecycle
• Commitment to code quality through static analysis, code review, automated testing, and CI
• Ability to lead technical projects

Salary: £42,500 - 70,500 per year

• We are looking for experience leading a small or midsize team of developers through the full project lifecycle, including requirements capture, design review, implementation, and assurance.
• We value commitment to code correctness and quality assurance through static analysis, code review, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• We expect the ability to lead technical projects.

Responsibilities:
