An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join a forward-thinking technology organisation working at the intersection of software engineering, cybersecurity and applied research.
You will work on challenging technical problems, developing software and research-driven solutions across areas including secure software development, systems programming, desktop applications and low-level technologies.This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to explore new technologies, solve complex problems and contribute to innovative cybersecurity projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering experience and be comfortable working across different programming paradigms and environments.Experience with C++, C#, Python, Rust, Go, Node.js and/or .NET Core would be highly relevant, alongside a good understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments, secure coding principles and software security.
You will be encouraged to think beyond conventional software development, combining engineering expertise with an investigative and research-oriented mindset.The role would suit someone who enjoys understanding how systems work at a deeper level and wants to apply their technical skills to cybersecurity, research and emerging technologies.
