Job summary
Connected Health Group Limited is hiring a Rapid Responder to support safe, high-quality home care services across the allocated Trust zone in Northern Ireland. You will work with the Registered Manager and our expansion team to mobilise new services and assist with hospital discharges.
In addition to competitive pay (£28,228 per year) and mileage allowance, the role offers training, development, and eligibility for our benefits package, including a sign-on bonus after three months,
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Access to a car for work purposes.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the allocated Trust zone.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours and service needs.
- Ability to work closely with the Registered Manager to support new and developing services.
Responsibilities
- Support expansion and mobilisation of new home care services.
- Provide cover across the allocated Trust zone as required.
- Assist with filling new care packages and hospital discharges.
- Undertake emergency care cover where required.
- Support care staff with PPE, plans and documentation.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed.
- Travel between clients, offices and service areas as needed.
