City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team, delivering high-quality care in clients' homes with complex needs. You’ll receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management.

Travel up to 100 miles for client packages, work on an on-call rota, and contribute to a growing national care provider that values safety, compassion, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles and to work on an on-call rota.
• Ability to handle a variety of complex care needs with professionalism and compassion.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including support for spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.
• Travel to client locations within a 100-mile radius, providing rapid and responsive care where it’s needed most.
• Work on an on-call rota, ensuring that our clients receive timely and consistent support.
• Receive continuous clinical support and training to expand your skills in specialist areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management.
• Be adaptable and ready for a different challenge each day, while making a real difference in the lives of your clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in line with regulatory requirements.
