Qualifications

• Experience delivering in live test ranges, trials sites, or high-consequence operations.
• Comfort working in safety-critical environments requiring planning and clear communication.
• Ability to coordinate personnel, equipment, logistics and technical activity during deployments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver operational activity to support live trials and campaigns.
• Lead day-to-day range operations, ensuring teams, equipment and documentation are ready.
• Maintain a clear battle rhythm across assembly, integration, transport, test execution and recovery.
• Act as the operational link between Engineering, Production Operations, Test, Safety and range staff.
