Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a demanding, high-paced environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems and act on analysis.
• Fluent German and fluent English with strong written skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of defence programmes and major workstreams.
• Translate requirements into clear plans, milestones, and next steps.
• Coordinate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and suppliers.
• Track progress, risks, actions and dependencies to drive resolution.
• Prepare programme materials for fast, high-quality decisions.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and grow into more complex roles.
• Learn by doing, near real customers and real constraints.
