Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to established timelines and meet quality standards.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks to personnel and the public.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Resource Allocation:
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize project efficiency.
• Procure and coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of construction sites.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, CAD software, and project scheduling tools. In-depth knowledge of railway track design and construction processes.
