Job Summary

The Railway SCADA Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for railway operations. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the effective utilization of SCADA technology to enhance railway safety, efficiency, and reliability.

A Railway SCADA Design Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway systems by designing and maintaining state-of-the-art SCADA systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in railway operations.

  • Hybrid - Must be willing to travel internationally, including flights, hotel and expenses paid.
  • Contract - 2 years

Key Responsibilities

SCADA System Design:

  • Lead the design and architecture of SCADA systems tailored to the specific needs of railway operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, hardware and software specifications, and integration plans.
  • Develop and review detailed design documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.

Project Management

  • Plan, organize, and oversee SCADA projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Technical Expertise:

Documentation and Reporting
