Job summary

GB Railfreight invites applicants to a comprehensive training and assessment programme, led by our Training & Standards Department in our state-of-the-art training school in Peterborough, designed to obtain a Train Drivers Licence. Successful candidates must be available for 15 weeks of classroom training with no annual leave.

The salary during training is £28,937 per annum, and candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Felixstowe, be over 21, and hold a clean UK manual car licence.

• Pass the Train Driver Psychometric Assessment within the past 5 years.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Felixstowe and be 21 years or older with a clean UK manual licence.
• Must be available to complete 15 weeks of classroom training with no annual leave.
