Network Rail in Woking is seeking a safety-focused Technician - Track Maintenance to support the Team Leader, inspect track assets, diagnose faults, perform maintenance and renewals, and sometimes lead the team.

You will work days, nights and weekends in a safety-critical role with full-time hours and a location allowance. A valid driving licence and knowledge of track maintenance techniques are desirable, and a strong safety culture is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in planning and implementing safe systems of work.
• Strong teamwork with a safety-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of track maintenance techniques including inspection and renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect track assets and diagnose faults to keep the network running.
• Perform maintenance and renewal work to high safety standards.
• Lead the team when required and ensure tools and equipment are well maintained.
• Accurately report completed work and maintain records.
