Job summary
Tracsis is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology programmes within our Rail Safety portfolio. You will drive outcomes, manage risk and ensure delivery against ambitious customer objectives, combining structure, technical credibility and decisive leadership.

Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering complex technical programmes within software, SaaS, technology or engineering-led environments.
- Experience coordinating large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong governance, risk management and executive reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex technology programmes and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop programme roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and success measures.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure delivery remains aligned and on track.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
- Balance short-term priorities with longer-term strategic objectives.
- Ensure programmes support customer outcomes and business goals.
