Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across the division ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage department P&L, drive revenue growth, control costs and meet profitability targets.
• Lead regional growth initiatives with the Rail Director aligned to company goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the company at meetings and events.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing and health & safety procedures.
