Survey Solutions is seeking a Survey Operations Manager for Rail & Highways. The role will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality survey, engineering and monitoring services to clients nationwide, with work centred in offices but travel to sites as required.

The position supports a hybrid working model and a 40-hour week, typically 9.00–17.30, with responsibilities spanning project delivery, staff development, and equipment management to uphold standards and client satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across rail & highways teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of survey, engineering and monitoring professionals.
• Develop staff through training, appraisals and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, standards and client requirements.
• Manage resources and project briefs, align with project managers and clients.
