Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead a series of Access for All station schemes in the Oxford area.

This 8–12 month contract suits a rail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing subcontractor oversight with direct self-delivery teams across civils, lift shafts and associated infrastructure within Network Rail standards. Candidates must hold PTS, SMSTS and civil engineering qualifications, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Competenze

• Network Rail experience is essential.
• Proven track record as Site Agent or Sub Agent within a Network Rail environment.
• Valid PTS and SMSTS certifications; First Aid is beneficial.
• NVQ or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for AFA schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Network Rail standards.
• Manage a hybrid delivery model, overseeing specialist subcontractors while directly managing self-delivery teams.
• Lead diverse engineering packages including civils, deep drainage, structural steelwork, lifts and escalator installations.
• Review, update, and implement Work Package Plans (WPPs), Task Briefing Sheets (TBS), and RAMS.
• Act as primary on-site contact for the client (Network Rail), station stakeholders, and third-party authorities.
