Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager with rail sector expertise. The role focuses on Health & Safety leadership, rail-specific HS&E compliance, and driving a robust safety culture across projects in London.

The ideal candidate will hold IOSH GRAD and NEBOSH certificates, possess RISQS auditing experience, and demonstrate strong incident investigation and reporting abilities, with capability to train site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• H&S professional (IOSH) Grad
• NEBOSH certificated
• In depth knowledge of Rail H&S requirements
• RISQS auditing / management experience
• Leading H&S in Rail construction environments
• Leading H&S in multi-discipline construction projects
• Experience in accident/incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of H&S statutory legislation and implementation
• IIRCA internal auditor (HSE)
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Able to lead HSE teams in challenging environments
• Strong communication at all levels
• Ability to deliver HSE training to employees and sub-contractors
• Computer literate
