Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a RAMS Engineer to lead RAM activities across rail projects. You will provide expert RAMS guidance, perform analyses and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, reliable systems.

You will mentor RAM engineers, engage with clients and support tender submissions, while driving innovation in RAM practices within a hybrid work environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree or extensive RAMS-related experience in rail projects.
• Proven RAMS leadership and technical guidance to teams.
• Applied BS EN 50126 RAM activities and safety arguments.

Responsibilities

• Provide RAM leadership to clients across rail projects.
• Deliver RAMS services including plans, analyses, predictions and FMECAs.
• Lead BS EN 50126 RAM activities and associated analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to minimise project risks and improve delivery.
• Manage staff and supervise sub-contractors while mentoring RAM members.
• Support client relationships and contribute to tender submissions.
