A major rail operator in Greater London is seeking a Rail Operator 2 Supervisor to lead a team of station assistants. You will ensure a safe and clean environment while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and resilience, and must be able to travel to work within 60 minutes. This position requires flexible shift work, including nights and weekends, and offers competitive earnings along with valuable perks.

To lead a team of station assistants to provide a safe environment whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. To ensure that customers are extended a welcome to the station, are kept well informed and are assisted as necessary. To ensure that all areas are kept clean and well presented.

Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment. Training is full time and you must be able to commit to this.
Our customers need us all day, every day (except Christmas day) and as part of the stations team, you'll need to able to work shifts at all times of the day and on every day of the week.
On average you will work 37 hours per week over 5 days, including a mixture of early, late and night shifts with additional hours on Sundays.
Shifts times include:
0600-1400, 0630-1430, 0700-1500, 0800-1600, 1400-2200, 1430-2230, 1500-2300, 1600-2400, 2200-0600, 2230-0630, 2300-0700, 2330-0730.
As the roster includes nights, this role will attract IUP & LSS at Cat2 rate.
