Qualifications

• Experience in railway operations and understanding of industry structure.
• Strong railway geographical knowledge.
• Ability to concentrate on detailed information for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update TOPS, TOPS2000, and TRUST for HHR operations.
• Investigate and resolve issues in the TDA process.
• Follow up on late starts and on-route delays.
