SCS Railways is recruiting for an Access Management Specialist to oversee MEP access during AFO & MEP fit-out on HS2 S1/S2 lots. You will develop MEP permit procedures and coordinate with delivery teams to maintain a clear 6-week lookahead, while liaising with HS2/HSRS to ensure timely access and handovers.

The role demands strong knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations and CSCS certification, with a track record on major rail projects and excellent stakeholder skills.

Formación

• Professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject.
• Experience delivering MEP works on a major rail or infrastructure project.
• Knowledge of industry regulations for construction, testing and commissioning of building services (BS 7671 and Building Regulations).
• Relevant CSCS Card.

Responsabilidades

• Own access management of an Asset during AFO & MEP fit-out stages on HS2 S1/S2 lots.
• Assist with development and submission of MEP Permit procedures.
• Maintain and monitor a robust 6-week lookahead with the delivery team.
• Liaise with third parties (HS2/HSRS) to manage early access requirements and handovers.
• Promote and monitor SCS values and inclusive recruitment processes.
