Job summary

Network Rail in the Eastern England region seeks a site-based Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of works at Grantham Depot. You will supervise staff, check quality, and ensure compliance with safe systems of work.

You should have experience directing worksites, knowledge of overhead line equipment, and strong planning and cost-awareness. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent is preferred, and driving ability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience directing worksites and supervising staff to deliver safe, compliant work.
• Knowledge of resource planning and work organisation processes.
• Awareness of overhead line equipment inspection, maintenance and asset condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality and safety of works delivered, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Carry out work safely following Safe System of Work and method statements.
• Assist in developing work plans and allocating resources.
• Support asset renewals identification and associated planning.
• Provide information to update systems, databases and records.
