Job summary

Babcock is recruiting a Project Manager for Belfast, County Antrim with hybrid working. You will lead complex rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, resources and stakeholder relationships to deliver on time and within safety and quality standards.

The role requires NEC4 accreditation and a relevant engineering/construction qualification, with strong governance and multidisciplinary team leadership across on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects in construction/infrastructure/rail sectors.
• Qualified in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management and NEC4 accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget compliance.
• Manage project resources, financial forecasts and governance.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Monitor performance, risks and corrective actions; ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
