Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for an NEC Project Manager to lead infrastructure programmes in Belfast. You will drive project teams to deliver on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in NEC contract management and large-scale delivery. We value experienced leaders capable of integrating design, development and construction activities, with focus on safety, governance and value realisation across

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant third level qualification preferably in Engineering or related Project management discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and teams.
• Knowledge and experience of project management, contract management (NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC or similar).
• Proven ability to mobilise and manage the supply chain across design, planning and construction services.

Responsibilities

• Understand NEC objectives and operation of NEC contracts.
• Lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget to high industry standards.
• Establish, manage and administer NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, capture user requirements and secure approvals.
