Job summary

Babcock seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion at the Belfast site. You will oversee budgets, schedules, resources and coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role is a full-time position with hybrid working, based at Custom House near Belfast, offering a competitive package, car allowance, pension, healthcare and professional fee support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects within construction, infrastructure, engineering or rail sectors.
• Strong project management experience, including budgets, schedules and resources.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee programme performance, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage risks, monitor financial forecasts and take corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
