Job summary

CPR is seeking a Construction Assurance Manager to deliver constructability assurance and technical leadership on a major high-speed rail infrastructure project in the UK. You will work with project managers and site teams to ensure safe delivery, quality, and on-program performance while administering NEC3 contracts.

Qualifications

• Civil engineer or construction professional with substantial infrastructure project experience.
• Familiar with NEC3 contract administration, CDM regulations, and site health and safety management.
• Experience on major civils schemes involving earthworks, bridges, or ground engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver constructability assurance and provide specialist advice on construction methodology.
• Administer NEC3 contracts and support site safety practices.
• Act as technical link between project management and supply chain to translate complex challenges into clear solutions.
• Identify risks early and work with contractors and client to resolve them.
