Job summary

CPR is seeking an MEP Construction Assurance Manager to deliver constructability assurance and specialist expertise on a major high-speed rail infrastructure project, focusing on tunnels into London.

This technical leadership role requires collaboration with project managers and MEP contractors to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery of complex systems and effective management of interfaces between trades.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects with MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 contract administration.
• Familiarity with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
• Proven ability to manage site safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with contractors and client teams to resolve them.
• Provide specialist advice on MEP construction methodology and interfaces.
• Administer NEC3 contract processes and site procedures.
• Act as technical link between project management and MEP supply chain.
