Job summary
WSP is seeking an Electrical Building Services Technical Discipline Lead to act as the senior technical authority for the Electrical Building Services discipline within the Rail Stations business in the UK. The role reports to the UK Rail MEP Service Lead and focuses on maintaining technical excellence, governance, and capability across projects.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a recognised professional institution.
- Strong leadership and governance capabilities within the UK rail and electrical building services sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and governance across the discipline.
- Act as technical authority within Electrical Building Services.
- Ensure high quality, robust engineering outputs and design assurance.
- Lead on complex/high-profile projects and develop technical talent.
- Promote innovation and best practice within the team and for clients.
