Great Western Railway (GWR) is seeking a Train Dispatcher to ensure safe, on-time train departures and deliver excellent customer support at our stations. You will be a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure.

The role requires flexibility for shift work, including weekends and bank holidays, and you will receive full training, including a 3-week programme in Swindon. Join us to help keep Britain’s rail network moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong team player, able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and basic numeracy skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using apps.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance.
