Job summary

WM Trains Limited is recruiting an experienced Depot Programme Manager to lead fleet engineering and maintenance programmes at Tyseley. You will oversee major maintenance, Level 5 overhauls, and lifecycle interventions, ensuring safety, environmental, quality, and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing heavy maintenance programmes at large depots.
• Strong knowledge of railway safety standards and operating rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet engineering and maintenance programmes for DMU and WMT fleets.
• Plan and oversee engineering modifications and upgrade campaigns to improve reliability.
• Manage depot operations to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure fleet availability and budget adherence through effective resource planning.
