Job summary

RTS Infrastructure, part of the Arriva Group, is seeking a Compliance & Quality Manager to lead assurance, governance and the IMS across rail projects. You will drive audits, policy development and continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the HSQE Manager, you will work with project teams, suppliers and clients to maintain ISO certifications, RISQS accreditation and regulatory alignment across multiple sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant rail/construction/infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/45001/14001.
• Experience managing RISQS accreditation & audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001/45001/14001 certification activities and audits.
• Own and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Coordinate RISQS accreditation, audits and corrective actions.
• Plan and manage the annual audit schedule; track actions to completion.
